Better, more organized Forum???

After reading some of your suggestions of projects and so, i thought about it and at first i thought maybe we should upgrade the forum or maybe move to a zeroboard (zboard is what korean fans uses like SJmarket) but i decided not too because it costs too much money just to get the site when we could be spending the money on gifts for the boys and so.
So im not really sure what to do at this point, but i was just thinking about reforming the whole entire forum...probably deleting some parts of the forums (the useless ones), changing forums, etc...(lately, ive been just adding new forums and adding new layouts, but here, im talking about actually changing EVERYTHING).
I didnt want to move to another, new forum because we dont have really anything here and re-registering is a pain.
i would like to hear your opinions about it because it's not up to me only. There's a lot of you who actually care about this forum and are active and up till now, we still havent done much here.
it's not about the forum becoming big and well-known, but it's about spreading sapphire pearl blue throughout the world.
That's been the mission from the beginning and it will continue to be the our goal until the end.

IF we decide that the forum will go for a makeover, ill need people to help with it XD
And lastly, SP has hosted two projects (which turned out crappy because of me..Sry!) and it went to the boys under both the blog and forum site; however, i think it's best if for future projects we just have them go under one site name so that we'll be recognize for just one site name and not 2 site name(which can be confusing)

SapphireSea was chosen for the forum because this is where the fans hang out >> it's fiilled with a sea of fans...and SapphirePearls was chosen because it's mainly updates on SJ (haha, theyre our precious pearls).
OR
we change the title of the forum and blog >> which is EverLastingFriends to something that is the same ^^

Anyways, i would like to know if you guys would like to keep Sapphiresea or change it to maybe sapphirepearls.co.nr.
I know the URL has been changed like a thousand times since it opened and if you guys dont think it's best to do so, voice your opinions.

Keeping quiet wont do any good..Even if you are new or a ghost user, say what you think because this is your place too.
You dont have to agree with me; disagree if you like, it will help make final decisions.
If you dont think the reformation is a good idea, dont just say u dont want it to happen, what's you reason for your opinions?

I really think reforming the forum will be a great change for us and since it's going to be a new year, it'll be even better. (just my opinion)

ermmm.. well.. hehe, im a rather "two-sided" person..
as in often i'll think of the pros and cons.. but this often made me unable to decide><
here i go~

regarding the upgrade of forum~
well, having a upgrade is ofcauz good.. there'll be many improvements that can be done, making this a more better environments for ELFs to enjoy..
but but but.. seriously.. the cost will be a burden most of the time, especially to you, yieng.. i've seen many forum founders, being troubled by the costs of their forums.. i dont wanna see you troubled like that, yieng~ we can upgrade.. but try keep the costs as low as possible^^

regarding reforming the whole forum~
it'll be hard work for you yieng~ but ofcauz, to get rid of the non-needed stuffs and re-organising everything would be good^^
but new forum.. hmm.. means re-starting everything?? it's not a bad idea if we're improving..
re-registering is troublesome, but it doesnt take much time does it??
we can put things like "we've moved" in the old forum to lead pple to the new forum~ (i noe this is common sense eh?? hehe..)

regarding the name.. im thinking.. why not SapphireSea + SapphirePearls = SapphireHeaven?? sounds lame?? hehe>< *hopes not*
just a suggestion.. cauz i know there're meanings behind both sapphiresea and sapphirepeals, so we should keep them^^

as for the URL.. ermm.. im voting for keeping it.. not becauz it has been changed many times or that it's troublesome for the members if it's changed..
it's becauz "SapphireSea" became a meaningful name to us.. or at least to me><

lastly, it's okay yieng, for your long post.. cauz mine's reeeal long too.. kaka..
